The Attorney General Office (AGO) is scheduled to transfer on Wednesday the graft dossier of former National Police chief detective Comr. Gen. Susno Duadji to the South Jakarta Prosecutor Office.
Susno is accused of being involved in a bribery case in PT Salmah Arwana Lestari.
“Yes, we are ready to receive the dossier,” South Jakarta Prosecutor Office chief Yusuf said as quoted by tempointeraktif.com.
He added that his office would decide whether or not it would continue to detain Susno.
