Dave and his campaign team have never quit travelling for socialization of work program that he will win reelection. “We have never taken a holiday till 17th April, (namely) general elections in which members of the house of representative (DPR) and the president, vice president,” Dave told Indonesia Media.

The campaign team has strategized for the model of campaign activities, namely the combination of political dialogue and education recreation. The team created a meeting place – an informal forum, where constituents voice and discuss issues. Each other (of constituents) will hear his/her point of view with curiosity and without fear. “We also hold small fishing tournament in togetherness among the villagers in the Sumber subdistrict, Cirebon. The villagers are enthusiastic to join the fishing and mingle with each other,” said Dave.

The campaign activities do not only influence the electoral success, but also improve the local economy. Disaster relief charity in Cirebon did important work in sheltering and supporting victims at that time. “Not only member of DPR, but some executive also participated at that time to help victim families. So I and my team hold the program of togetherness with constituents since I took office as member of the House of Representatives,” said Dave. (sl/IM)
