Governor Brown Celebrates Lunar New Year

SACRAMENTO–Governor Jerry Brown released the following statement today regarding the celebration of the Lunar New Year.

“As Governor of the State of California, it is my honor to recognize the important contributions that the Chinese American community has made to our Golden State.

My wife, Anne, and I wish every Californian the best of luck and a very Happy New Year. We will be celebrating with you in the coming days, and we are looking ahead with hope and optimism for a healthy and prosperous Year of the Rabbit.
