Deposit of US $600 (payable to Indonesia Media) to reserve. Full amount must be paid before December 20, 2014. Failure to comply with full amount payment within deadline will result in cancellation of your reservation and no refund. Attach copy of passport to reservation deposit.

Price excludes: gratuity tip to tour guide and driver, any expense not mentioned above, lunch, Visa fee (for non-US citizens), and other expenses of personal nature.
