 On Saturday, August 4 at 10AM - 1PM in Arcadia , ERA OASIS REALTY will host a seminar for consumers, focused on tips for first-time homebuyers to navigate an often difficult and daunting process. Though the information is valuable, the event is free, and open to all members of the public whether they’ve bought a house with ERA OASIS REALTY or not.
“With the advice of a real estate sales professional, first-time homebuyers can minimize the concerns of one of the most important purchases they’ll make in their life,” said Mr. Rudy Lira Kusuma, Executive Vice President. “This is ERA OASIS REALTY way of reaching out to our community and letting customers know we’re here to help.”
 All classes are open to public at no cost. Presently we have 20 classes (available online at www.eraoasis.net) with 2 categories, class for clients and class for real estate agents
We provide the free classes since we notice that in the real estate industry, many people does not have any education and trust their agents 100%. We equip people with the knowledge. We educate the masses about how real estate and loan really works so that when the timing is right for them to buy, sell, or re-finance, they can make the right decision.
 We are also hiring lots of real estate agents and loan originators with or without experience, with or without real estate license. If they do not have the license, then we provide them with free licensing class to prepare them to pass the state exam. If they already have the license, then we provide them with lots of free weekly real estate and loan continuing education to sharpen their skills.
We believe that in order to be successful we must help others, that’s why we invite the people in the community to take advantage by attending this free real estate and loan classes to better prepare them in doing their own deals. We also want to provide an opportunity to earn extra income. We’re hiring full time, part time, work from home and even spare time job.
 Basically to join our team, there’s no requirement, no work experience, must possess valid working permit. We are looking for motivated entrepreneur who is willing to learn.
Topics of the seminar will cover the importance of finding the right financing and determining if a given community has what homebuyers are looking for. The seminar is one of many such events hosted by ERA companies on issues of concern to consumers, Mr. Laghab added. "
